Our event planning/designing services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember.
If you have questions about an event that you are planning, we can help with that as well. We offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, and permitting.
Planning an event is only part of the process. Our staff will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your festivities.

Planning and Coordination and Day of Coordination services fee is $1500. For event setup and designing fees,

These services can be purchased individually or as a package.
This would include the design, step by step plan and vendor recommendations. You can use the plan to coordinate the event yourself with the assistance of family and friends or hiring a coordinator of your choice. We will never exceed your established budget. The fee is determined by the type of event ($250-$500)
This includes venue selection, vendor selection, negotiations and contract management, and invitation and RSVP management. The fee is determined by the type of event ($500-$1000).
We provide you with assistance throughout your big day to make sure it runs smoothly . For weddings, the fee includes a bridal attendant. The fee is determined by the type of event ($250-$500).
Note: additional fees will apply for event locations outside of saint louis county
